Growing a great crew is not something that happens overnight. It takes time, the right people, and a real commitment to doing things the right way. That's exactly why we're excited to introduce Jorge to the MC Lighting & Design family.

Jorge hit the ground running - literally out in the field on day one, learning the hands-on skills that set our installs apart. Wire runs, fixture placement, careful trenching through tight backyard spaces - the kind of detail work that only comes from doing it alongside experienced hands. That's how we bring new team members up to speed.

We have a specific way of doing things here. Every landscape lighting installation we take on - whether it's a front yard design or a full backyard system - gets treated with the same level of attention. No shortcuts. No sloppy work. That standard doesn't bend based on the size of the job or who's on the crew that day. We hold every team member to it from day one.

The community trusts us with their homes, and we don't take that lightly. Building a crew that reflects those values - people who show up, work hard, and genuinely care about the quality they're delivering - is just as important to us as any single install we do.
