We are on-site in Paradise Valley working alongside MRA Homes on a brand new custom residence - and this one is shaping up to be something really special. The property features stunning natural stone walls and a modern desert aesthetic that is going to look incredible once the lighting brings it all to life after dark.
Before a single fixture goes in the ground, we spend real time with the plans. Our crew reviews the full lighting layout on-site so every wire run, every fixture placement, and every circuit is mapped out before we start pulling wire. That kind of prep work is what separates a clean install from a messy one you end up redoing later.
Running wire along stone walls on a property like this requires patience. The stone is beautiful, but it also means every detail of how wire is routed and concealed has to be intentional. We are not cutting corners on a home like this - the finish work has to be as sharp as the architecture.
Collaborating with a builder like MRA Homes from the ground up is the ideal way to do landscape lighting right. When we are involved early in the construction process, we can route conduit, plan transformer locations, and design the system around how the home will actually be used - rather than retrofitting around finished hardscape later.
We are still in the middle of this one, but we will be sharing the finished result when it is done. Projects like this are why we do what we do.
